1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QueueHub (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
QueueHub provides a web-based dashboard for monitoring and managing message queues (BullMQ, BeeQueue, Amazon SQS, and others). The Service includes real-time monitoring, job management, alerting, team collaboration, and optional agent relay connectivity.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it. Accounts are for named individuals only — shared accounts are not permitted.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Service's operation, to attempt to access areas of the Service you are not authorized for, or to use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code. The agent relay must only be used to connect to queue infrastructure you own or are authorized to manage.
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Non-payment may result in service suspension. Enterprise plans are subject to separate agreements.
6. Service Level
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the QueueHub dashboard and API. See our SLA page for details on service credits and exclusions. The agent relay availability depends on the customer's network connectivity to our relay servers.
7. Intellectual Property
QueueHub, the QueueHub logo, and the Service interface are the property of QueueHub. You retain all rights to your queue data and job payloads. We claim no intellectual property rights over the data you store or process through the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
QueueHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your data will be deleted within 30 days. Outstanding fees remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
