1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when creating an account, including your name, email address, and organization details. When you connect a queue backend (Redis, SQS, etc.), we collect metadata about your queues — queue names, job counts, worker status, processing times, and failure rates. We do not store job payload data unless you explicitly opt in. We automatically collect usage data such as page views, feature interactions, and error reports to improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve QueueHub services. This includes displaying queue metrics, sending alerts and notifications, processing billing, and providing customer support. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and product development. We never use your queue data to train AI models or for purposes unrelated to the service.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data or queue metadata to third parties. We may share data with trusted subprocessors who help us operate the service (cloud hosting, email delivery, error tracking), all bound by data processing agreements that meet GDPR standards. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Queue metadata is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may also restrict or object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@queuehub.tech. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our agent relay uses mutual TLS and outbound-only connections. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing. See our Security page for details.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the QueueHub dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
8. Contact
For questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, contact us at privacy@queuehub.tech or write to QueueHub, 100 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94105.
